We use two EXP units here at our facility, They get used for about 8 hours a days each. Only the blue light on top lights up when fully charged and in use, no lights whatsoever on the bottom. It is like this for both units. What do you think the problem is? Should we even bother using them if the lights are not working on the bottom?

Is this safe to use long term for marble and granite. I have a lot of this in my home and was told that water was not good for cleaning marble and granite. I really want a non-chemical way to clean marble and granite, but I also do not want to ruin my marble and granite over time. Thanks?

I received an ionator 2 years ago, and I love it. I loved it so much that I ordered 6 home units, one for each of my children, and another one for myself. For the past 2 months, I have noticed that it no longer holds its charge for very long...maybe a couple of hours or so. I only use it in my home, so it doesn't get an overabundance of use. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do, or does the whole unit need to be replaced? Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. Cynthia Keyes

I noticed in all the test reports from ATS Labs that I have read so far, the device was filled with tap water provided by the "sponsor". Has any testing been done to measure effectiveness across different water sources. Maybe there is something special about your tap water. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof?

A while back someone asked if there are papers published in peer reviews scientific journals supporting your claims about this product. Someone "answered" by referring to a part of the website that explains about the product. That was clearly a sidestep to the question. If activeion is going to make scientific sounding claims, they need to backed up by peer reviewed studies. That is just how science works?

Wait so you turn a universal solvent Dihydrogen monoxide into a universal solvent? Your product is a scam. Water attaches to charged molecules no matter what because it is polar. If your product really does separate oxygen and hydrogen into gas the gas it would simply evaporate from the liquid being in that fine of a mist. But if you can make money off uneducated people do it...AMERICA

So is it possible that the technology that creates hydrogen bubbles and oxygen bubbles be converted and enhanced to create fuel from the water it has ionized and electrified? Is this, in some way, what the water for fuel canisters that have been so popular on youtube actually do? Has anyone tried igniting the mist? Could it be tweaked to create an ignitable mist?

An answer to a previous question indicates it is not necessary to drain the water chamber when not in use. That is how we have operated with our HOM unit. However the chamber now has an odor that smells like mildew/mold. We smell that same odor when we spray the unit to clean. Can we add vinegar to the chamber and let it soak for a while and then flush with water to try to remove the odor. I assume we could not let the vinegar solution flow through the electrical portion of the unit?
